Assistant Manager – Stores
Are you an experienced professional in supply and inventory management looking to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team and lead our stores operations with efficiency and precision.
What We’re Looking For:
- Age below 45 years
- GCE A/L qualification with a solid academic foundation
- Professional qualifications in Supply & Material Management / Inventory Management (or an equivalent field) from a recognized institute
- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of ERP systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely issuance of purchase orders
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and manage stock efficiently
- Oversee the acceptance of incoming goods and generate Goods Received Notes (GRNs)
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the stores department
- Comply with and uphold ISO standards and procedures
