Assistant Manager – Stores

Are you an experienced professional in supply and inventory management looking to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team and lead our stores operations with efficiency and precision.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Age below 45 years
  • GCE A/L qualification with a solid academic foundation
  • Professional qualifications in Supply & Material Management / Inventory Management (or an equivalent field) from a recognized institute
  • Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely issuance of purchase orders
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels and manage stock efficiently
  • Oversee the acceptance of incoming goods and generate Goods Received Notes (GRNs)
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the stores department
  • Comply with and uphold ISO standards and procedures
