Our Sri Lankan company Lipins Partners Pvt Ltd which is a liaison office for our Australian Operations is now employing talented Marketing Professional members specifically for one of our Prestigious Australian Clients - Lawson HR Group.

Working Hours

7.30 am - 4.00 pm (Monday - Friday)

The Role

As the Senior Administration Executive, you will play a key role in the efficient delivery of administrative support to recruitment consultants and leadership. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing, formatting, proofreading, and finalising confidential documents (including candidate profiles and CVs) with high attention to detail.
  • Managing and updating candidate and client information across multiple systems (including CRM, ATS, and cloud storage).
  • Proactively maintaining recruitment databases and project pipelines to ensure consultants have up-to-date, accurate data.
  • Tracking candidate progress and status across assignments and generating routine reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Processing placement and candidate paperwork, ensuring correct templates are used and documentation is complete.
  • Assisting with email inbox monitoring and administrative follow-up on behalf of consultants.
  • Performing quality checks on data entry and documentation to ensure compliance and consistency.
  • Supporting ad hoc administrative tasks and team projects as required.

You will be successful in the role if you have:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a senior administrative role, preferably within a professional services or recruitment environment.
  • Exceptional English language and business writing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical, proactive work ethic.
  • A high level of proficiency in Google Workspace and a familiarity with CRMs or workflow platforms.
  • The ability to work independently, prioritise multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A commitment to team performance, quality, and continuous improvement.
