Intern - IT
Location: HQ - Colombo, Sri Lanka
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues faced by end users to ensure smooth daily operations
- Support IT infrastructure management including networks and systems
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventories and coordinate vendor communications for purchases, repairs, and maintenance
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system reliability, security, and performance
Candidate Requirements:
- Undergraduate in Information Technology from a recognised university or professional institute
- Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic cybersecurity tools (e.g., CrowdStrike)
- Familiarity with networking equipment such as switches, Wi-Fi, and firewalls is an added advantage
- Certifications such as Microsoft or Cisco are a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive attitude
