Key Roles
- Conduct lab testing according to the customer manual standard to ensure test accuracy of the lab report
- Maintaining the latest version of customer testing manual to meet the accuracy of test results
- Conduct the validation of portal information by verification of supplier data, shade verification through Spectrophotometer reading (Delta E), validation of physical/chemical test and inspection reports to make an inform decision
- Conduct regular meetings with internal teams to communicate the relevant information and status
- Conduct fact-based real-time problem solving to avoid raw material related issues to minimize the noise
- Engage with PPA (PDRA/DRA/Integration, pp, Pilot) process and assist identifying potential risk to minimize raw material noises at the needle point
- Involve in resolving raw material quality related noises in real time basis to meet customers standard for continues production process
- Engage in house raw material inspection to ensure the raw materials comply with customers specification and standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of technical experience, with at least 2 years in technical executive within the apparel industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills
- Excellent written/verbal/interpersonal communicational skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
