Sales & Customer Service Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Research market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies.
  • Conduct regular training and development sessions for team members.
  • Create training sessions to uplift the team in negotiation and selling techniques.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. MBA Preferred.
  • 5+ years of managerial sales & customer service experience.
  • Ability to cooperate with and support other members of customer service team.
  • Willingness to interact daily with customers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds.
  • Must be comfortable working independently and making minor decisions without direct supervision.
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices and desire to participate in trainings and professional development.

Gross Salary:

LKR 200K + Attractive Commissions & Bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform informal and formal needs assessments for each customer to recommend appropriate goods and services.
  • Develop a rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to put them at ease.
  • Maintain a positive image of the company and its brand at all times.
  • Foster a positive and pleasant working relationship with members of the customer service sales team.
  • Accurately record customer demographics, sales orders, or other information digitally or in written form.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to cooperate with and support other members of customer service team.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in the English language.
  • Willingness to interact daily with customers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds.
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices and desire to participate in trainings and professional development.
