1) OPERATIONS MANAGER
Hotel Mirage Colombo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead our hotel’s daily operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Age: Below 50 years
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a reputed hotel
- Strong knowledge of Food and Beverage operations
- Ability to oversee all aspects of hotel operations to ensure smooth functioning
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Reporting directly to the General Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily hotel operations
- Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction
- Supervise department heads and staff
- Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures
- Optimize operational efficiency and profitability
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
2) OUTLET CASHIER
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity at a reputed hotel, Age below 33 years & Educational Qualification: G.C.E. A/L.
3) MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity at a reputed tourist hotel, Age below 35 years, NVQ-level vocational qualification in A/C maintenance, with sound knowledge in electrical and electronic systems.
4) RECEPTIONIST CUM CASHIER / FRONT OFFICE
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity at a reputed hotel, Age below 33 years, Educational Qualification: G.C.E. A/L, & Good communication skills in English.
5) ROOM BOY
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity at a reputed hotel, Age below 33 years, Basic educational qualifications required, & Ability to communicate in English.
6) BARMAN
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity at a reputed hotel, Age below 33 years, & Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, liquor and wine is a plus, & safety and hygiene policies.
Remuneration Package
Salary negotiable and good Service charge is possible.
