HR MANAGER

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager located in Kerawalapitiya, Wattala. The HR Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and employee development. The HR Manager will also ensure that HR policies and practices are effectively implemented and aligned with the organization's goals and values.

Qualifications:

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, EPF & ETF handling and compliance.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure up-to-date knowledge and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Skills in performance management and employee development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Master/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of proven experience in an HR Manager or senior HR role.
  • Must be available to join immediately.
