COST CONTROLLER / STOREKEEPER
We are looking for an individual with strong leadership, motivational and interpersonal skills with a proven track record experience in the Hotel / Restaurant trade in a similar capacity for our international standard French restaurant at Port City.
Requirements.
- 3+ years of hospitality-related experience
- Proven success in driving commercial return and revenue
- Knowledge of KOT & BOT Systems.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Familiarity with inventory management system
- Knowledge of Food Safety regulations and storage practice
- Dynamic, innovative with the ability to adapt to the ever-changing demands of the industry.
