COST CONTROLLER / STOREKEEPER

We are looking for an individual with strong leadership, motivational and interpersonal skills with a proven track record experience in the Hotel / Restaurant trade in a similar capacity for our international standard French restaurant at Port City.

Requirements.

  • 3+ years of hospitality-related experience
  • Proven success in driving commercial return and revenue
  • Knowledge of KOT & BOT Systems.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Familiarity with inventory management system
  • Knowledge of Food Safety regulations and storage practice
  • Dynamic, innovative with the ability to adapt to the ever-changing demands of the industry.
