BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – ERP SOLUTIONS

NETEX is a fast-growing ERP solutions provider, delivering innovative business applications built on the Odoo platform. As we expand aggressively into the Sri Lankan market and beyond, we are looking for a dynamic, target-driven Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and ERP sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients across diverse industries.
- Promote NETEX ERP as a cost-effective, scalable business solution.
- Understand client requirements and present tailored demonstrations.
- Collaborate with the technical team to develop customized proposals.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to strategic business growth.
Profile:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in software/ERP sales or IT solution selling.
- Strong network and client-facing skills; B2B experience is essential.
- Experience with Odoo or similar platforms is an added advantage.
- Self-driven, persuasive communicator with a passion for technology.
