KEY AREA(S)
- Processing Payrolls / monitoring and managing leave records & Time attendance
- Handling Air Tickets and Organizing local and foreign travels
- Work Permits and Visa Processing
- Recruitment and Welfare Management
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
KEY REQUIREMENTS (QUALIFICATION & SKILLS)
- Fully or partially qualified in HR or relevant field
- For junior executives must have Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in similar capacity.
- Good Communication both verbal & written skills in English
- Ability to identify jobs/tasks on priority basis
- Need to have good interpersonal skills
- Male candidates are preferred & age below 30 years
Intern HR
KEY REQUIREMENTS (QUALIFICATION & SKILLS)
- Part or fully qualification / undergraduate in the filed of human resources management from a recognized institute.
- Should passed G.C.E A/L and G.C.E O/L
- Sound verbal & written communication skills in both English & Sinhala.
- Male candidates are preferred & age below 25 years.
