JUNIOR EXECUTIVE HR

KEY AREA(S)

  • Processing Payrolls / monitoring and managing leave records & Time attendance
  • Handling Air Tickets and Organizing local and foreign travels
  • Work Permits and Visa Processing
  • Recruitment and Welfare Management
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

KEY REQUIREMENTS (QUALIFICATION & SKILLS)

  • Fully or partially qualified in HR or relevant field
  • For junior executives must have Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in similar capacity.
  • Good Communication both verbal & written skills in English
  • Ability to identify jobs/tasks on priority basis
  • Need to have good interpersonal skills
  • Male candidates are preferred & age below 30 years

Intern HR

KEY REQUIREMENTS (QUALIFICATION & SKILLS)

  • Part or fully qualification / undergraduate in the filed of human resources management from a recognized institute.
  • Should passed G.C.E A/L and G.C.E O/L
  • Sound verbal & written communication skills in both English & Sinhala.
  • Male candidates are preferred & age below 25 years.
