What will I be doing: Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily showroom operations, ensuring high customer service, cleanliness, organization, and safety, while managing stock levels, restocking, and cash reconciliation.
- Coordinate showroom displays according to the marketing plan, train and supervise staff, and ensure adherence to company policies, financial, and safety regulations.
What We’re Looking For: Experience, Qualification & Competencies
- A Diploma in Business Management or a related qualification with GCE A/Ls
- Minimum of 4 years of showroom experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
What We’re Looking For: Experience, Qualification & Competencies
- Basic salary LKR 60,000.00 & Gross salary between LKR 130,000.00 to LKR 150,000.00 (Your Gross Salary will be determined purely based on your target achievement Commission).
