IE MANAGER

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
- UGC accepted bachelor's degree, Higher Diploma or an equivalent professional qualification in Industrial Engineering.
- Candidates with postgraduate qualification or professional memberships are preferred.
- 3-5 years experience in similar capacity with overall 10 years experience in IE.
- Experience & exposure in method, operation sequence & handling improvement along with Quick Changeover processes both in knit & woven.
- Dynamic team player with attention to details, excellent interpersonal skills, decision making, communication and analytical skills along with a passion for innovation.
- GSD License, Lean Management certification and Project Management professional qualification will be an added advantage.
- Work Location - Buttala.
- Upper age limit - 45 Years.
SCOPE
Selected candidate will be responsible for the cost of production, evaluate and perform investigation on all variances for all planned and actual result for industrial process, maintain track of all information and ensure integrity of all results for IE processes in order to enhance the plant productivity & the operation flexibility.
