MANAGER/DEPUTY MANAGER – EXAMINATIONS, PROGRAMMES & EVENTS COORDINATION
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Manager/Deputy Manager to support the planning and delivery of academic, arts, and language assessment programs. This is a multi-faceted role ideal for someone with strong coordination skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and a passion for student development and event execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate the end-to-end planning of educational events, competitions, and assessments.
- Liaise with examiners, adjudicators, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage documentation, scheduling, and reporting related to programs and projects.
- Oversee preparation of exam and event materials, including digital/printed content and certificates.
- Support the delivery of English language testing (IELTS/PTE) through scheduling and candidate support.
- Contribute to special projects, workshops, and institutional initiatives.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in event coordination or academic administration.
- A proactive mindset and ability to work independently.
- Experience in managing and leading a team.
