Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the central point of contact for customer-reported issues, ensuring timely acknowledgment, logging, and resolution in line with defined SLAs.
  • Coordinate with internal / external teams to ensure smooth delivery, RMA process.
  • Maintain an accurate database of support agreements, proactively initiating renewal processes ahead of expiration to ensure continuous service coverage.
  • Plan and allocate technical resources efficiently to ensure timely execution of scheduled maintenance activities, installations, upgrades, and other project-related tasks.
  • Assist the technical team with administrative tasks and client follow-ups.
  • Organize and lead daily stand-up meetings to ensure team alignment, track progress, identify blockers, and maintain momentum on ongoing tasks.
  • Schedule and facilitate regular project meetings with stakeholders to review milestones, discuss risks, align on deliverables, and track overall project status.

Qualifications

  • Preferably a Degree in project management or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® qualification.
  • Prior experience in a project coordination or administrative role is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Sinhala.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
