Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager – Sales

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our sales team, specializing in handling inbound.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3–4 years' experience in the inbound travel industry, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong expertise in handling the Europe, UK, Scandinavia, Australia and New Zealand.
  • In-depth knowledge of planning, executing, and managing tailor-made travel itineraries.
  • Excellent understanding of market-specific hotel rates and supplier networks.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential. Any other language skills would be a strong advantage.
  • High level of attention to detail, excellent communication, and a “can-do” attitude.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Sri Lanka as a travel destination is highly desirable.
  • Passion for travel and openness to travel abroad for sales missions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
