Deputy General Manager (DGM) - Operations & Business Development
Procons Infotech (www.proconsinfotech.com), a leader in ICT and digital solutions with global operations, is seeking a dynamic and qualified Deputy General Manager to oversee company operations, lead business development, and support project delivery. This is a senior leadership role with a clear pathway to General Manager (GM) within 2 years.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Software Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the ICT/software industry, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Strong understanding of software development processes, client relationship management, and business operations.
- Proven leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing day-to-day operations and project delivery across departments.
- Drive business development initiatives, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software projects.
- Implement and monitor performance management practices and operational efficiencies.
- Contribute to strategic planning and innovation to support company growth.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, contracts, and company policies.
