REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
The Company has successfully completed many such projects by enriching lives of many Sri Lankans. Currently we are looking for a dynamic self-motivated individual for the following position.
Key Responsibilities
- Development Officer is responsible for preparation of documents including drawings/coordinating with project consultant /TO/QS/ contractors, progress monitoring and contract administration of new constructions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Candidate should possess a National Certificate in Technology with 3 years experience in new constructions, refurbishments and modifications building projects with experience in contract administration.
- Ability to use AutoCAD & work independently to meet deadlines.
- Should possess a valid Riding License.
Age
Preferably below 45 years.
