Functional Consultant – ERP (Odoo)
Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka

NETEX, a rapidly growing ERP development company specializing in Odoo-based solutions, is seeking an experienced Functional Consultant to join our implementation team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions by guiding clients through the ERP deployment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
- Analyze and map client needs to Odoo ERP functionalities.
- Prepare functional specifications and implementation plans.
- Lead ERP implementation projects, user training, and post-deployment support.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure system customizations meet business needs.
- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and manage project documentation.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant (Odoo experience highly preferred).
- Strong understanding of business operations including finance, inventory, manufacturing, HR, or sales modules.
- Experience in client engagement, requirement gathering, and solution presentation.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
