Management Trainee

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling reservations and booking processes for inbound travel.
- Coordinate with local suppliers and international partners to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand and meet their travel needs.
- Support senior team members in creating custom itineraries and preparing quotations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and provide essential administrative support.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Genuine passion for the tourism industry and a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A degree or diploma in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong general computer literacy.
