AFTER SALES EXECUTIVE
Job Role
- Deal with customers regard to the handing over process at the sites
- Coordinate with customers and engineering team regarding customer queries
- Follow up on customer queries related to the handing over the units
- Ensures smooth coordination with other department with regard to the customer queries
Candidate Profile
- Passed G.C.E Advanced Level or diploma in Business Management
- Degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage
- Language proficiency in both Sinhala & English is a must
- Should have a result driven outgoing and energetic personality
- Age below 30 years are preferred
