WE ARE LOOKING FOR A
HR & ADMIN OFFICER — WATTALA
JOB PROFILE
- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, supporting a positive and professional experience.
- Prepare payments related to LOCUM staff and interns etc in a timely manner.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining HR records and checklists.
- Assist in managing HR operational costs and coordinate department needs (Eg: Stationery, ID passes, badges).
- Assist in implementing HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal standards.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Dynamic individual with a degree in HRM from a recognized university and/or a professional qualification in HRM from a recognized institute.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations or administrative support.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with HRIS software.
- Self-motivated, energetic individual with good interpersonal skills, customer service skills and excellent communication skill.
