Handle client inquiries via email.
Process bookings, reservations, and payments efficiently.
Coordinate with hotels, tour guides, transport providers, and other vendors.
Stay updated on travel trends, and tourism promotions.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any travel-related issues.
Assist in marketing efforts, including social media promotions and travel packages.
Perform other duties as directed.

Minimum 6 Month Experience in an Inbound Company in Sri Lanka.
Seek dynamic & result oriented individual with experience of minimum one year in similar field.
Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Internet savvy.
Highly organized in order to coordinate several tour events simultaneously.
