Technical Business Analyst
We are looking for passionate candidates to join the Sri Lankan operations of an Australian-based cutting-edge Technology Company serving both government and private organizations in Australia and New Zealand.

Skills and Experience Requirements:
- Prior experience working with ERP systems.
- Experience handling large-scale or complex projects.
- Knowledge of programming, databases, system architecture, and software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Ability to analyze business processes and data to identify needs and propose solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions to technical problems.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex business problems and recommend technical solutions to improve processes and systems.
- Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed technical and functional requirements.
- Possess a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and system architecture to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
- Create detailed documentation such as technical specifications, use cases, process flows, and data models.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design technical solutions that meet business requirements.
- Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure technical projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Support testing efforts by defining test cases and criteria and validating that the developed solutions meet the business and technical requirements.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, and an accredited qualification in management consultancy.
