Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in employee relations, industrial relations
- Good understanding in labor law, employee regulations
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skill
- Experience from automobile industry is an additional advantage
- Candidates who are residing in Nittambuwa area will be most preferable
