Due to the expansion in the business, we have a vacancy for the following position and we seek a dynamic, versatile and self-motivated individual with Can Do' attitude to join the team.
Project Manager ( M & E ) - (02)
Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Project Engineering from a recognized University / Institute
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in similar field with 5 years’ experience in same capacity.
- Excellent command of English language and ability to speak multiple languages.
- Good literacy in computer and ERP System with working knowledge of MS Office.
- Age below 45 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of M&E work schedules, forecasting engineering activities and procurement of materials required for the project to ensure timely completion.
- Preparation of the project planning & implementation process and required resource forecasting & allocation to perform the project and ensure the projects are completed according to the project schedule with deadline.
- Preparation of the Project implementation plan and represent the client and customers meeting as when required.
- Oversee the overall planning of the M&E works, site inspection, and variation orders and certification of work done on timely basis which will enable to generate the positive cash flow throughout Project.
- Ability to identify the resource requirement time to time and maximize the utilization & Deployment among the projects.
- Ability to negotiate various kind of sub-contractors and skillful set of subcontractor’s networks.
- Establish the Project monitoring system and continuous follow-up the best industry practices.
- Response and maintain the Contractual contract on timely manner & maintain the documentation correspondence.
- Ability to make commanding for the subordinate and provide the necessary directions.
