About Us:
Samtessi Brush Manufactures (Pvt). Ltd, a member of the DSI Samson Group is a leading export-oriented brush manufacturing company being operated for more than 30 years.
We are looking for experienced, energetic, self-motivated individuals who meet the following requirements to join our organization as the Executive – Cost & Management Accounts, at our Factory in Dangaspitiya Industrial Park, Dambokka, Kurunegala.
Qualification Required
- Accounts related Degree/Diploma or Part Qualification CA/ACCA/CIMA/AAT
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the similar capacity in a reputed manufacturing organization
- Having hands on experience with ERP system will be a definite advantage
Competencies Required
- Should be a dynamic go-getter below 35 Years of age who can add value to our functions
- Must be a good team player
- Should have good communication and interpersonal skills to work across all levels of staff and management
- Must be a result-oriented person with the ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Key Functions as
- Prepare Pre & Post product/order costing, ensure order profitability and monthly budget monitoring
- Product pricing and closely monitoring the margins regularly
- Monitor factory overheads and develop absorption rates whilst working closely with the manufacturing team to understand product processing times to establish full product costing and exploring cost reduction opportunities
- Ensure all product costing are accurately maintained and ensure SOPs are followed to make accurate estimates
- Monitor stock movement and reporting of any exceptions
- Maintaining fixed assets register
- Handling the payments at the factory
- Preparation of relevant management reports and presentations
