Role Description
We’re looking for a Junior Creative Designer with a strong eye for design and a passion for digital and print marketing. You’ll be one of the earliest members to join our growing team, playing a key role in shaping the creative direction of our work. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with the company and take ownership of meaningful client projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging visual content and marketing materials for both digital and print channels.
- Design using Adobe InDesign and Canva (experience with other Adobe Creative Suite tools is a bonus).
- Support social media planning and content scheduling for multiple clients.
- Collaborate internally to interpret briefs and deliver high-quality work.
- Ensure brand consistency and meet project timelines across various client accounts.
What We're Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in graphic design (junior designers and freshers with strong portfolios/creativity are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Canva.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
- Strong sense of layout, color, and typography.
- Interest in digital marketing and content creation.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A team player with a proactive mindset and a desire to grow in a startup environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to start immediately is a strong advantage.
Work Environment
- This is a full-time, on-site position based in Colombo.
- You’ll be working from a creative and collaborative office environment alongside a small, dynamic team.
