We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Inside Sales team, supporting our expansion across the UK and EU markets. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and driving consultative sales to deliver value-driven learning solutions.

You will be part of a high-performance team with access to international clients, best-in-class training, and a compensation structure designed to reward excellence - including uncapped commissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and digital platforms.
  • Engage senior-level stakeholders to understand their development needs.
  • Present tailored training solutions and manage the full sales cycle.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and activity tracking in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of B2B sales or telesales experience.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative approach.
  • Basic computing skills (email, spreadsheets, CRM tools).
  • Experience with UK/EU markets would be an added advantage.
