Accountant - Accounts Receivable
Attractive package awaits for;
- A candidate with full qualification from a recognized accounting body (ICASL or CIMA)
- Passed finalist of the above institute.
- Minimum of 3 years' of post qualifying experience in an AR function with hands-on experience in leading a team in collections.
- Previous experience in collections in modern trade, HORECA/B2B clients will be a definite advantage.
- Responsible for company debt collection.
- Negotiate with debtors and follow up on recovery plans.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Go-getter attitude and ability to manage a team of 12.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Ability to work with pressure and time-bound objectives.
- Preparation of management reports and reporting to the head of finance on time.
- Smooth functioning of accounts receivable section activities and internal controls.
