Job Description

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and deliver training programs on the XiFin Billing System specifically tailored to toxicology billing and e-Clinical Works Billing System for new hires and existing staff.
  • Create and update training materials, including user manuals, guides, and presentations.
  • Conduct group and individual training sessions, both in-person and virtually.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.
  • Collaborate with the IT and billing departments to ensure training materials are up-to-date with the latest system updates and best practices.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in XiFin, e-Clinical Works, and healthcare billing practices.

Qualifications/Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with electronic medical / health record (EMR or EHR) systems, specifically XiFin and/or e-Clinical Works.
  • Certification in XiFin and/or e-Clinical Works is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of the XiFin and/or e-Clinical Works Billing Systems.
  • Proven experience in delivering training sessions or providing technical support in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in creating and delivering training content.
  • Ability to explain complex technical information in an accessible manner.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with toxicology and healthcare billing workflows and regulations.
  • Ability to work with MS Office package.
  • Tenacity.
