- Promote, market and acquire deposits and savings accounts.
- Achieve given targets.
- Identify potential customers and create the pipeline.
- Implement and develop strategies to expand into different market segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with customers.
- Provide prompt solutions to client queries.
- Getting actively involved in special seasonal promotions and campaigns.
Eligibility
- A proven track record in sales and marketing of products and services.
- 05 or more years’ experience preferably in banking and finance industry.
- Full/Part qualification in sales and marketing will be an added advantage.
- Friendly and outgoing personality with good command of English and Sinhala.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
