QUANTITY SURVEYOR/ASSISTANT QS SPECIALIZED IN ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION.
The Opportunity
Join our dynamic team as a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant QS specializing in construction Alternative Dispute Resolution. You'll play a vital role in claim preparation with a focus on Relief Sought documentation for high-profile construction disputes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quantum analyses and Relief Sought sections for ADR cases
- Quantify damages, extension of time claims, and prolongation costs
- Review contracts and project records to support claim entitlements
- Collaborate with legal teams to align quantum elements with legal strategies
- Assist in expert witness preparation and attend proceedings as required
What You'll Bring:
- QS qualification with relevant experience (3-5 years for QS, 1-3 years for AQS)
- Construction claims analysis and dispute resolution expertise
- Knowledge of standard contracts (SBD & FIDIC)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with industry software and excellent communication abilities
