Job Profile
- Manage supplier relationships by handling orders, pricing negotiations, and stock follow-ups with both local and international partners.
- Oversee the end-to-end import process, including regulatory coordination (TRC, IECD), documentation, and follow-ups with clearing and logistics teams.
- Support demand forecasting and pricing by analyzing sales data to optimize stock planning and category performance.
- Monitor inventory health, prevent stockouts and overstocks, and coordinate clearance of slow-moving items.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, finance, and logistics to ensure smooth product delivery and operational efficiency.
Personal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in sourcing, supply chain, or a similar role.
- Proficient in Excel and MS Office (experience with ERP/supply chain tools is a plus).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to multitask.
- Team player with a collaborative spirit.
