Position: Receptionist
Responsibilities
- Manage the admission process and customer registration
- Handle appointment reservations and service requests
- Coordinate with doctors and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
- Handle billing processes, including generating invoices, collecting payments, and ensuring accurate financial records.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a good command of English; ability to speak Sinhala or Tamil is essential
- Proficiency in MS Office Packages
- Ability to work late hours
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a receptionist; experience in Health Care is a plus
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Trainees also will be considered, (Ex: School leavers)
Position: Call Centre Agent
Responsibilities
- Maintain effective telephone etiquette and professionalism with all internal and external parties.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination in delivering exceptional service
- Answer all calls and schedule appointments efficiently
- Screen incoming calls, direct them to appropriate departments, and ensure accurate and complete messaging if required
- Update the system with accurate and timely information
Requirements
- Age below 35 years
- Minimum 01 year experience in similar capacity in a health sector
- Fluency in Tamil, English & Sinhala
- Pleasing personality with good interpersonal skills
- Computer Literacy
- Trainees also will be considered, (Ex: School leavers)
