Attached to HR, this internship will provide you with the opportunity to experience the practical aspects of Talent Acquisition & Development.
ROLE PROFILE
- Assist the employee on-boarding by receiving CV’s from internal and external sources
- Scheduling and coordinating the interviews
- Updating recruitment database and employee referral database
- Organizing induction programs for new recruits with key resource personnel
- Coordinating local and foreign training programs
- Maintaining the training and development database by updating the monthly statistics
- Assist the training payments process
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Final Year Under Graduate/Fresh Graduate in HRM or Business Administration from a recognized University
- Excellent written and verbal communication Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Package
- Ability to meet deadlines and eye to detail
