VACANCY FOR THE POST OF FABRIC STORES MANAGER
Miami Exports (Pvt) Ltd is a leading children’s apparel exporter with expertise in every stitch of the garments we produce. A deep understanding of the apparel industry, gained through experience and exposure, is essential to presenting a superior clothing line.
Vacancy for the above post is at our factory in Ranna, Tangalle (Hambantota District).
Responsibilities:
- Monitor all store functions, including manpower duties and job responsibilities.
- Ensure all fabric are supplied to the cutting department according to consumption needs.
- Maintain the stock register and inventory of all fabrics.
- Ensure all store areas are maintained for safety and hygiene.
- Prepare monthly stock statements using a computer and send them to the management.
- Maintain all stock registers by the relevant System.
- Send reports of all remaining fabric to the management after shipment.
Qualifications:
- Holder of professional or academic qualifications in the garment field relevant to the above designation.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity in a reputed apparel company with proven track records.
- Extensive knowledge of fabric store handling.
- Excellent command of communication, leadership skills, and computer literacy.
- Independent, self-driven individual dedicated to work.
- Age below 45 years.
