Assistant Manager – Digital Solutions
Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of digital projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business, IT, Product, and external vendors to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocations, and budgets.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and implement change control processes.
- Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks, as well as security and quality standards.
- Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders and senior leadership through KPIs, dashboards, and regular updates.
- Apply appropriate project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) based on project needs.
- Manage third-party vendor relationships, including service level agreements (SLAs) and deliverables.
- Promote continuous improvement and process optimization for future project cycles.
Person Specifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital solutions.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering digital projects on time and within budget.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
- In-depth understanding of project management frameworks and tools.
- Ability to effectively translate business requirements into technical deliverables and vice versa.
