MONUMENT RESOURCE CONSULTANCY IS ON THE HUNT FOR A FINANCE & ADMIN ASSISTANT

Exciting opportunity to play a key role in the financial and administration operations of a back office (BPO) servicing UK based travel companies.

No prior experience required; we encourage school leavers to apply. Training and coaching will be provided.

The ideal candidate(s) should be results oriented and hardworking.

JOB ROLE:

  • Handling day-to-day financial tasks, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and tracking expenses under the supervision of the finance manager
  • Process payments, monitor accounts, and communicate with suppliers and clients on financial matters
  • Ensure records are accurate and up to date in line with company policies
  • Handle general administrative duties, such as filing, maintaining records, and responding to emails
  • Work closely with teams to help improve finance and administration processes

SALARY:

A remuneration package from LKR 50,000 onwards per month, based on the level of involvement and competency.

LOCATION & WORKING HOURS:

Mount Lavinia, 2.30pm - 11.00pm, Mon - Fri (transportation will be provided after work)
