Customer Care Executive
We are looking for a talented and dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling customer inquiries for new sales.
- Obtaining customer feedbacks after the services.
- Prepare monthly reports which connect to Marketing / Operations.
- Handling the company main telephone line and active involvement for customer service.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field.
- Any professional qualification in related field will be an added advantage.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- At least 2 years’ experience in customer care or coordination, sales experience will be a definite advantage.
- Good command of written and spoken English language with computer literacy.
- Previous work experience in a Real Estate Company will be an added advantage.
