OPERATIONS MANAGER (ARCHITECT)
Take charge of our daily operations and ensure seamless coordination across multiple projects. This leadership role requires an architect with strong operational acumen and a forward-thinking approach to project delivery and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations and project workflows.
- Coordinate consultants (structural, MEP, etc.) and ensure project compliance.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and timely delivery.
- Oversee integration of AI tools and software for process automation.
- Monitor progress and proactively address project risks.
Qualifications:
- SLIA Part I, II or III qualified architect.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations/project coordination.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with project management software is an advantage.
DESIGN TEAM LEAD
We’re looking for a visionary and detail-oriented Chartered Architect to lead our design team. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines creative direction with project and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead concept to detailed design development across projects.
- Guide the design team to ensure timely, client-focused delivery.
- Maintain design quality, consistency, and compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate closely with the Operations Manager to align timelines and goals.
- Mentor junior designers and support their professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Chartered Architect.
- 5–7 years’ experience in design leadership roles.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
- Excellent team management and communication skills.
3D VISUALIZER (ARCHITECT)
Overview:
Join the creative team at KDS as a 3D Visualizer, bringing architectural visions to life through high-quality renderings and animations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce realistic 3D visualizations for client presentations and internal use.
- Develop both interior and exterior perspectives.
- Collaborate with the design team to reflect design intent accurately.
- Prepare compelling visuals for all project stages.
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Architecture, 3D Visualization, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural visualization.
- Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Lumion, and Photoshop.
- Strong artistic sensibility and attention to detail.
