Intern - Research & Development
Delmege Forsyth & Company Limited is a prominent FMCG company with a long-standing heritage and a strong reputation for delivering high-quality consumer brands, including Delmege Soya, Delmege Canned Fish, Delmege Pasta, Motha, Kellogg’s, Tic Tac, Ferrero Rocher, and etc. As part of our ongoing commitment to innovation and development, we are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our Research & Development team as an Intern.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of new products, from concept to commercialization
- Conduct research on current market trends and consumer preferences
- Support in the formulation and testing of product prototypes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards
- Document and analyze experimental data, prepare reports, and present findings
- Participate in sensory evaluations and shelf-life studies
Ideal Candidate Should Possess:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Food Science and Technology or a related field
- Strong interest in food product development and innovation
- Basic understanding of food chemistry, microbiology, and processing techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
