Job Description:
CCECC-CRCG JOINT VENTURE (PVT) LTD is seeking a highly experienced and competent Contract Manager to MFC Project in Colombo.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all contractual and commercial aspects of the project.
- Interpret contract terms and conditions and ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify risks and propose contractual solutions to mitigate disputes.
- Lead negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and consultants.
- Prepare and review contract documentation, variations, claims, and extensions of time.
- Monitor and manage contract performance and report to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Law, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in a Contract Manager role.
- Sound knowledge of FIDIC, construction contracts, claims management, and dispute resolution.
- Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working on international or government-funded building projects will be an added advantage.
