Little Lion Associates (Pvt) Ltd, a subsidiary of Maliban Group of Companies, is one of the leading FSSC 22000 certified organizations, specialized in manufacturing and marketing of cookies, baby rusks, wafers, swiss rolls, cakes & bakery products.
We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated and result-oriented individual to fill the following position with immediate effect.
Position Available: ASSISTANT MANAGER- PRODUCTION
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure production is conducted within the agreed process and product parameters to deliver finished goods within the product specification
- Ensure GMP is maintained within the production areas
- Coordinating with HR to maintain daily labor requirements
- Following production plan and ensuring material availability.
- Preparing and maintaining all the documents regarding production and materials.
QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES
- Bachelor’s degree in production management, engineering or a related field.
- Certifications in Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing will be advantageous.
- Proven skills in leadership, people management and inventory management are required.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, Microsoft Office is mandatory.
- Experience: 3-5 years in food manufacturing.
- Age between 30-45.
