About the Company:
Organy Agro International (Pvt) Ltd is a sustainable agribusiness venture focusing on quality poultry and livestock products. We currently operate a 4000-layer poultry farm and are expanding rapidly. We are looking for a result-driven Sales Executive to help grow our presence in wholesale, retail, and institutional markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell farm products (primarily eggs) to wholesalers, retailers, restaurants, hotels, bakeries, supermarkets, and other bulk buyers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and build new client bases.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular market intelligence reports.
- Coordinate deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction with product quality and service.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, competitor activities, and propose promotional strategies.
- Collect payments and assist in managing receivables in a timely manner.
- Represent the company at local trade fairs, exhibitions, and other promotional events.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update the management on progress.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in egg or food-related products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driving license.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel within the region for client visits and delivery coordination.
- Familiarity with sales reporting tools and basic Excel/Google Sheets.
