JUNIOR EXECUTIVE - IT

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide first-level (L1) technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues promptly
  • Assist in the setup and configuration of computers, printers, and other IT equipment
  • Respond to IT support requests via email, phone, or in person and escalate issues when necessary
  • Perform routine maintenance on workstations and other IT assets to ensure optimal performance
  • Install software updates, patches, and antivirus programs
  • Monitor system performance and report any anomalies
  • Assist in troubleshooting basic network connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN)
  • Support the configuration and maintenance of network devices under supervision
  • Maintain an updated inventory of IT equipment and software licenses
  • Document IT support activities and create user guides for common tasks
  • Prepare regular reports on IT support tickets and system performance
  • Work closely with senior IT team members to implement IT projects and initiatives
  • Assist in the onboarding process by setting up accounts and devices for new employees

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Diploma (NVQ 4) or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in an IT support or related role
  • Preferred Certifications (Optional): Computer A+ or similar entry-level certification

Candidate should be willing to join on contract basis.
