Hatchery Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee hatchery operations including incubation, hatching, and chick quality assurance.
- Ensure adherence to biosecurity, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Monitor hatchability rates, fertility, and chick health performance.
- Supervise hatchery staff and promote continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Animal Science, Agriculture, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hatchery operations.
- Strong knowledge of hatchery equipment and temperature/humidity control.
- Excellent leadership and record-keeping skills.
Breeder Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire breeder farm operations ensuring optimum fertility and productivity.
- Maintain strict biosecurity, vaccination, and flock health protocols.
- Supervise feeding, lighting, and breeding programs.
- Lead a team of farm staff and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Animal Husbandry, Agriculture, or a related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience in managing broiler or layer breeder farms.
- Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
