The Aquinas College of Higher Studies was founded in 1953 as a non-profit educational institution administered by the Catholic Church under the auspices of the Archdiocese of Colombo, devoted to education and philanthropic activities. It had contributed much to the development of the nation, by conducting numerous higher educational and professional programs for the benefit of our youth in Sri Lanka and is a Degree Awarding Institute, approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC) & registered with Tertiary Vocational Education Commission (TVEC).

Lecturer in Agricultural Engineering and Farm Management.
Requirements & Skills
- Completed the degree specialized in BSC Agriculture Speciating in Ag Engineering, Agriculture with 01st or 02nd class upper division.
- MSc qualification would be an added advantage.
- An academic related experience on following subjects would be an added advantage.
- Farm Management
- Agricultural Engineering
- Operation & Maintenance of Agri Machinery
- Agri Land Management
- Food Science & Technology
- Irrigation & Water Management
- Dynamic in teaching, adaptable in college activities with a sense of teamwork.
- Engage in student evaluations & appropriate feedbacks.
- Positive cooperation towards the Dean & the Faculty Staff on academics & other engagements.
