NETWORK DEVELOPMENT JUNIOR MANAGER
LOCATION: WESTERN, NORTHERN, EASTERN AND CENTRAL PROVINCES.

Satva Automotive (Pvt) Ltd., is a subsidiary of WindForce PLC and is the exclusive distributor for VMOTO Electric Two-Wheeler range in Sri Lanka. VMOTO International Ltd is an Australian company, and JV partner of Ducati CORSA. We are in the process of looking for energetic professionals to join.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Dealer development activities including implementing network strategies, appointing dealers, dealer training and sales promotions.
- Responsible for after sales and parts support of the appointed sales outlet and the area designated.
- Develop existing dealers and develop the sales in the designated area. If needed, terminate the non-performing dealers and reappoint another potential candidate.
- Support dealers with leasing options, banks and other financial institutions for a smooth financial support to potential customers in the designated area.
- Providing exceptional customer support and assisting for all sales inquiries for VMOTO products.
- Conduct regular promotional and marketing activities in the designated area to achieve set sale targets.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
- Age between 25-45 years.
- Minimum educational qualifications are Advance Level.
- Minimum of 3 year sales experience and 2 years network development experience. Preferably automotive related industry.
- Basic IT skills are a must. (Email, Internet, MS-Office, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional knowledge of geographical area of Sri Lanka.
- Be committed to 'Exceptional' customer service at all times.
- Team player with a pleasing personality.
- Valid riding and driving license.
