Business Development Executive

Balanita Pvt Ltd – a leader in cloud platforms and software services – is seeking energetic and motivated individuals for the role of Business Development Executive to drive software subscription sales, manage client relationships, and identify new business opportunities.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across local and international markets.
  • Manage existing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Conduct virtual/physical product demos and software consultations with potential clients.
  • Develop proposals and negotiate deals to close sales effectively.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects using CRM tools and regularly update records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and support for clients.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • 1-2 years of experience in software sales, client relationship management.
  • Professional / Academic qualification in Sales, Marketing, IT, or Business Development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong client-first approach.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, PowerPoint, and online meeting platforms.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and in a team.
