Provide end user support for the different types of software applications including core banking application.
Coordinate with software vendors and in-house teams and find solutions for various matters arising from user departments.
Discuss user requirements (related to various business processes), prepare requirement documents coordinate with relevant stakeholders to get those requirements developed and delivered.
Manage and maintain task lists with their status and prepare reports to the management on daily / weekly / monthly basis.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes and arrange live deployments of various application software modifications / error corrections and version upgrades.
Manage multiple projects/ tasks related to IT software applications simultaneously.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or any other equivalent qualification.
2+ years of experience in Financial / Banking industry in IT Application Support / Business Analysis / Software Quality Assurance / Software Development fields.
Experience in business domains such as Leasing, Loans, Gold Loan, Fixed Deposit and Savings products.
Experience in Microsoft SQL server and proficiency in writing SQL queries.
Multitasking and independent work capability, with the ability to drive projects with minimal supervision.
